Treat and store your handbag with care and love. We recommend that :

• You store your bag in the luxury dust bag provided.;
• When not in use keep your bag stuffed with paper to retain its shape;
• Keep your bag stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight to avoid discolouration or fading;
• In terms of cleaning never wash the polyurethane bags with water. If your bag gets wet allow it to air dry. To clean wipe with a damp lint free cloth;
• Please allow for general wear and tear- scratches on hardware and surface material are unavoidable with normal usage and is not a fault in the handbag
